Many assume that passionate employees accept less money because they love their jobs, but a new study indicates that they end up earning more.

I’d say it is true that you can make passionate people and employees walk the extra mile, not directly thinking of their monetary compensation. They will instead want a mental compensation and development. However, their output is often of higher quality and more importantly it impacts more onto the organization and thus these people often attain important roles, tasks and responsibility within an organization leading them to higher monetary compensation in the other end – due to their passion. Be passionate about what you do!
